Today I am starting a new series of blogs about my startup experience
and its effect on my life. It has been a long a really eventful journey for me
in last 2 years I have worked in the startup. I got a chance to work in startup
by luck or say by chance but after that it has been all hard work which I have
put in the startup.
Working in startup is not always easy, it may sound cool but
not easy that is for sure. I have learned a lot of thing in last year but there
have been time when it becomes really difficult to learn when you are not sure
about the future. For a startup employee there has been very information
available to decide how to choose a startup to work and same is applicable for
the employer. It all depend upon your common sense how you choose your startup
and it totally depend upon your luck and your startup luck whether they will
survive or not.
From my personal experience I can only say one thing, love
the work you do and you will succeed in it.
P.S.: Please never listen to your friends who don’t know
what startup is because they will don’t have a clue what you are going to gain
from startup.
Somebody
said to me recently, “Once a Ganguly fan, Always a Ganguly fans”. I am one of
few Ganguly fans who still believe that he is and he was the best captain of
India.
Yesterday
night Dada and Dhoni came in front of each other one time more. It is not the
first time that they both have faced each other as a captain of opposition
team. Dada was captain of KKR in first IPL and Dhoni was captain of Chennai. It
was the time when we saw the rise of Dhoni and the fall of Ganguly. Now in
present time the debate is on who was and is the best captain of India. Ganguly
or Dhoni?
In my
opinion it would always be Ganguly. He was made captain of India team in the
most difficult circumstances. One side there was issue of match fixing and
other side issue of new team building. He took the challenge on. He was the
changing face of Indian cricket. A team builds by the youth and the old players
as well. We saw the rise of Sewagh, Yuvraj, Zaheer and Harbhajn and yet there
was place of Sachin, Dravid and Laxman as well. He was captain who was not
afraid of any team. He believed in team building rather than on Individual
performance by players. Under his Guidance team beaten the Mighty Australia,
Won in Pakistan and even reached the world cup final mind you not in India It
was in South Africa.

People will argue that Dhoni won world Cup T20 and world cup. Lets face it India won world cup due to Yuvraj singh batting and Zaheer Khan Bowling. Sehwag and Harbajan chipped in too. But now nobody remember the Yuvraj heroic in the world cup. Well who care of the troops in the team.
If ever
there is player who will get his place in team because of his captain it would
be Ganguly. Look at the current Pune team. This is team who has lost his star
player like Yuvraj, and even not participated in the player auction. Then Ganguly
came in and changed everything. Now pune after last night is on the top. A team
with not the best of player but playing likes team. They played like team who
want to win and Dada who captain them like a real leader.
You can see
the diff. between dhoni and Ganguly. Dhoni is captain of the best team in IPL
but yet he is not able to win the matches due to his captainship but Ganguly is
captain of average team in pune. He made them fighting like a team. They won
against Mumbai due to his fantastic captainship.
I read somewhere
few weeks back, “Ganguly was best captain of Indian and Dhoni was captain of
best team”. All hails to Ganguly as the best captain of India and still going
strong.
P.S.: We all love Ganguly as a captain and as a leader. He has still DadaGiri in it.
When I was a student I used to hate that day when some of
national festival or holiday happen to be Sunday. I am still the same, I hate
it. Why you lose your one extra holiday just because it is Sunday. I know lots
of people will agree with me but most of might not agree with me. Choose the
either side you want to be, I am happy to be back the way I was.
Let’s hope next time this doesn’t happen with us. Please god
does take care of it from next time onwards. For me last month has been great
on all the fronts. Let me tell life after college makes you think and realize
how much you miss college life.
I think of the past few months and I realize life has
changed dramatically. The late night parties have stopped, phone call is
limited to few people, SMS I have stopped sending just because ever TRAI have
not more than 100 message( even govt. has turned against student). After
college I have lost contact with most of classmates. Even they don’t seem to
come on Facebook.
Even then also, I get the updates regarding all the new
breakups and linkups of our classmate. Believe me there have been few. Even
though I was told to not write this part but who cares. After all that is what we want to hear from
friends. Leave the gossip part but still you get to know a lot from all the
friends. I still remember my time in hostel when we used to speculate about all
the happenings in the college even if we were related to it or not.
And at last I got back my hunger for writing. I hope it
continue for some time and get some time from my office. On a good note I do
want tell you all that our STARTUP is selected in top 20 STARTUP in NASCOM.
