The Beautifull Mind... Depaak "Rousa"....part 2....

http://www.iecmba.blogspot.in/2012/05/few-beautifull-mindsdeepka-rousa.html (Link of Part 1)

As I was not getting time to complete my interview with Deepak “Rousa”. Now I am presenting second part of the series…

I was enjoying my time with Deepak “Rousa”. It was one of the most beautiful evenings in the store.  Usually happen when two beautiful minds meets.

Question: And then you came in MBA, how diff it was from you BA College and how you adjusted?
Answer: This is an interesting question, when I was in BA; it was like I was more like to remain in my inner self. I had only 2 friends in my class. I used to have morning class in the first year of my college and then within 2 to 3 hour after class. In my college apart from my class I used to love to go Librerary. You know it is unique place between you and books with all the words.
But in MBA it was all together different. I used to be friend with most of class mates. I tried to brake those little shekels to come out of my secure zone. It was very tuff work for me in BA as no one can guess about me and my religion due to my Moustache but in MBA due to that only you all people gave me title of “Bhagat Singh”.

Question: In college you where one of those student who use to keep quite in class. Why those serious looks?
Ans: Well my answer might remind of raju of 3 Idiot. The expectation of my family and my teachers on me made me so. I want to meet all those expectation of my teachers and family. Doing MBA was my own decision and it was really expensive for a family of farmer trusts me. I really never wanted to break trust of those all who have trusted me.

Question: You are a Gujjar, but how it feels when they are stereotyped as a bad people. Whereas there are some good people who not mentioned as often. Why is that so and how you feel about it.
Ans: In every place there is all type of people lives but some time I think perception matters a lot. In my cast a lot of good people are like Dhayama panna, Sardar patel, Rajesh pilot and many IAS, IPS, IFS, farmers, Solders and lots of good social people. Last year Pooja awana a Gujjar girl passes IAS, IIT’ans. Nandita Gujjar of Infoysis is also the gujjar, this cast doing well and I am proud to be a gujjar and we always try to be making it a beautiful caste.
As I could capture the mood of Deepak, I knew he wanted to talk more about his college life.

Question: tell me something about you college life in IEC. How it changed it you and your friends.
Ans: Well some time I wonder how to answer this. But Life in IEC was beautiful and it was a place where I was at peace and relax. There are lots of memories like teachers, assignments, projects, nisheeth bhai, cool ha ha ha boy jayant, Sumit, HG, Raj, Vikas, Amit, Lazy Anil, Vicky, Ajay, Kapoor Sahab, Bagpat k sundeep and Ankur, apne chaudhary sahib and our own Michal Jackson.
Mayank, Body builder goswami, RP, Prashant, Ram Navar or bahut sari baato ke bich me saurabh gupta, saifi means you and lakvadorch or bhai mere pyare dosto ne do saal ko ek zindagi bana diya.
And even some time maharaja Somendra so serious stories make me funny.
It is not easy to forget those days with you all because “Zindagi pyar ki do char ghadi hoti hai, Chaye choti bhi ho ye umar badi hoti he”

Question: How did teachers helped in your life
Ans:"I dedicate this life on the foot of my teachers", Now that was short but best answer by Deepak.
We paused for few minute for coffey. I read some were a lot of good things happen over a coffey. This was pleasing to see one of close friend to open his heart out to us. And let us all know about him.

Question: You are a poet also, how you started that. Who influenced you most as a poet?
Ans: I stated writing poem from class 6 or 7. It was learning for me to play with words because I was never able to express myself to others. So it was all about the poems to me. My father influenced my most. He motivates me and let me tell you he is the only person who has listened all of my poems till date. After a pause Deepak said again.
I know what you want to know next why poem in hindi. “saifi Bhai for me jis bhasha me sochta hu wo hindi he...hindi mere dil k bhasha he or dil me har ak cheez bhut khash hoti hai”, the beautiful mind said to me.

Question: Any advice you want to give to your juniors about poerty.
Ans: Hmmm, Not only for poetry but for all the matters, "heart is the only real book with us from birth to last & we ignore its education, read it & then do or see from the real open eye”

Question:  finaaly any poem on your life, there had to be one And one person who inspires you every time you look at him.
Ans: All poems r my feeling and my pain of heart inspires me when I write...one of my poems is
very close of my heart few lines....

"Me nikal chla jis bhi path per,
mujhe kato ka bhandar mila..

path me dhur mili ghari,

har do pal me andhkar mila..."

P.S.: After speaking to me at this length I knew about him more than I am writing. Till next time, next person ready to open his hearth with me. it is bye from saifi.

nazar jaisii nazar ho to nazaare bol padate hain

tumhaari hii nigaahon ne kahaa hai ham se ye aksar
tumhaare jism par to rang saare bol padate hain

mahak jaate hain gul jaise sabaa ke chuum lene se

The EQUATION of My College days And Its PARAMETERS..( DEDICATED TO PRERNA MA'AM)

Today I really want to thank someone whom I will always respect, remember and I do not have enough word to explain about my thought.

Not many of you will be able to guess the name. So, let me tell you I want to say special thanks from my side and from whole class and MBA department side to our one and only MENTOR PRERNA MA’AM….

In first year I didn’t had any direct interaction with ma’am. I just had known her as a one of the many faculties in my department. Our first interaction happened in second semester when she taught us subject named POM, as we famously called it. At that point we just started to interact with ma’am as a student.

POM was one of the most boring subject in MBA 2nd semester but still due to ma’am teaching way we were always attentive in class but not so in the subject. One thing I want to mention that there are teachers who always ask the question from few set of student but PRERNA ma’am used to still ask questions to the entire student in the class even if she knows that they will not answer it.

SCM and entrepreneurship subject provided me time to always get late in class in 2nd year. Ma’am also provided us the NOTES of the topics. But I don’t want to revel the attendance part just because its TOP SECRET.

Till this period she was only one of many faculties but you can always see why ma’am is different from others. In third semester she became mentor of our class. To be frank till that point I was not sure of mentor role and its need. But in the first interaction class only ma’am made sure she conveys her message to us about being mentor role and what she expects from us in future.

I never believed in the thought that you need good teachers in the MBA in my opinion far from teacher you need more of a motivator and mentor in the MBA who can guide you rather than putting more focus on teaching. I have seen both type of mentor in my MBA life. In first year I never had a single interaction with my mentor at that time but in the second year I had a mentor whom we used to interact daily and tell our though and problems daily related to college, life and profession.

She always encouraged us to do thing which we thought we will never be able to do. Either it be to participate in debate, quiz contest and helping us matter of studies. As a mentor she has always helped us. Ma’am took personal interest in our MBA BLOG concept and believed in it. She was first to give me her post on the blog which is still on my blog. Though it was not successful for which i wanted but it was good experience. I am still continuing blog with diff. name with help of my friend Deepak. Maybe one day more people will turn out to write and express. I cannot say about other but for me she proved to be the best mentor I had ever after school days. Ma’am pushed me to take part in national summer training competition when even I was not sure about it. I gone to the competition  and won the prize. I still fell it was the better achievement in college life. Now i realize it is not about pushing you to perform better but as a mentor she knows that we can do it even if we doubt ourselves.

I tell you it’s hard to say the entire good thing about GURUS but still I believe a good mentor can be a best thing a student can get. PRERNA MA’AM may not be the teacher in eyes of many students but I will always say she is the one of the finest teacher and mentor in MBA department. In our time at IEC we lost few good faculties but at least ma’am remained.

I can only say these lines in end of my note……..
A GRAND SALUTE TO THE “DRONACHARYA”, WHO’S DREAM NEVER TASTED THE REALITY OF TURNING US INTO “ARJUNA”, BUT STILL THEY HAVE “FAITH” IN US

Note: I written this note some what a year back but i not on my blog. It was time to make this a Grand entry in my blog.

In my memories (PART 2): First day in IEC

As I have been thinking about where to start my part, I realized it should be from the first day of the college. So let my memories take over this blank page and present you few fading memories from my mind.

When first time I went to my college i.e. IEC in Greater Noida, I could only admire the city, Infrastructure and all the facilities available in the city. It was most organized city you can see in the modern India in term of Infrastructure. As I reached near the college there was buzz near the college, thousands of student where in front of the college gate shouting and demanding lots of things. I asked someone what is happening, he replied, “The student are on strike can’t you see, Idot”. I didn’t know how to reply to that person so I kept my mouth shut.

Somehow after college administration promises and few of student leader fast paced work make sure strike is off for the day and I entered in the college for the first time. It was the only time when I entered from the front gate because after strike that gate was abandoned.  I was not able to figure it out my department in the college so I asked one two person and luckily they told me right direction to reach my department. Here I was just landing in the department that I seeing to fulfill my dreams and hundreds of others as well.
As I entered the class there was pin drop silence and I think this was first and last time. In course of next two year I never heard a silence in our class that was the beauty of our batch. They all loved to shout and I never understood why?

As I have been always simple looking I think it confused all those stylish guys in my class. I was not very expressive in the class either. In our class there were two more simple looking guys and they become my good friend. One was Sumit and other was Ankur Chaudhary. As far as ankur is concerned there was his one desi dialog which I miss most and I can never forget, “Iski athani khoo gayi hai”. But there was one more person who caught my imagination in the first day. He gave a super bore lecture about himself, MBA and about his future plan. He name is Mr. Haider (Syad) and after this day no one in our class gave him chance to speak. Either they clapped when he started to speak or they never gave him chance to reach on podium to speak. I still remember most of the first day event and that was some day in my life with so much of happening.

There was a discussion in whole of our department about Mr. Lakhagvadorj Sangidorj. Everyone from student to teacher was discussing about his English speaking. He has his device where he sees general word meaning so he can understand the meaning of the words. In our class one teacher said to me, “I can see you are quite, do you want to say something?”. I went up there and said about this guy what I felt at that time was right. For the first time whole class was clapping for me. It was nice to remember those clapping sound in my ears. Then there was one more thing I can recollect, Mr. Ashish or a boy with specs as teacher said to him when he spoke to him. Ashish in own style I would be more happy if you say sit down sir and whole class was filled with laughing sound.

That was the day to remember after all it was my first day to remember.

the EQUATION of my COLLEGE life and its LOST PARAMETERES.................PART 5

Writing next part of any situation or any story is always difficult just because it always demand a better motivation and more compelling story to tell. I hope I get this one right.

My college life has just ended. Just few formalities I have to complete and I will be free from all the papers and exams tensions. No more last night fight, no more copying of notes and assignment, no more waking up and thinking shit I missed the important practical or class, and the best we are free from college life now.

Let me tell you what has changed in last two years in my college life. Well matter of face everything have changed. It’s hard to believe that these all event had happened in last two years. Life has gone to 360 degree sometimes in these situations.

The change in name of university:  I never thought that in two year there will be so many name changes in university. I applied for UPTU, got admission in UPTU, give first semester exams in UPTU but then there was a change. It was changed in GBTU i.e. (GAUTAM BUDDH TECHNICAL UNIVERCITY). I was doubt in whole year that which university mark sheet I will get. Finally in 4th semester I received mark sheet of GBTU. But there is still a surprise for all of us. Our juniors are giving exams under MTU i.e. (MAHA MAYA TECHNICAL UNIVERCITY)  and believe me after seeing their examination paper I can say they are not loving it.

The teachers change: there has been more change than I have expected or say I wanted in my college life. The most teachers we liked left us in the midway. First ajay sir after first semester, then faiz sir followed him after second semester, vaishali mam in last semester and in between many more teachers. Personally I would pick faiz sir any day to back in the college just because he is a type of teacher who boosts you confidence to do all the things that you can only think. Like, we did in SAP presentation in the college.

Friendship equation change: this is the thing which cannot be defined. Personally my equation has not changed with my friend. My friendship with my friends are same be it kshama, jayant, ruby, nisheeth, neelam, raj, vikas, varun and mahaveer. My equation do not change with them, it only have grown in number. But there have been times when these people have been affected by some other people who do not deserve to be there friend. It could only be because they have given them too much importance but in reality they do not deserve that.

I have to admit that sometime nothing go according to your plan in life. It is most difficult part in life when you want to do something else and you end up doing something else. I have to edit my lines so many times so that it may not be actually have a feel of targeting someone. There are few people out there who always say that we all have changed as a friend and I do agree with them, but have they ever thought how much they have changed in life.

In my two year of college I have seen all the ups and all the downs to know how cruel life is sometime. Someday you are friend with someone and other day they turn out to be your enemy, the bitching part, the breakups between your friends and most depressing of all the changes you did not expect in your life. It stinks but I am getting use to it.

Hey but still good friend’s sticks together like my good friend have done with me. They stick to me ever though I am not that good. I love you all my friends to just being my friends without you all my life would have been not so good. Just stick with me as I hope I maintain my bag full of happiness..:)

NEED OF THE CURRENT HOUR TO “PREVENT, PRESERVE AND PROTECT” OUR MOTHER EARTH……….

IN this present PHYSICAL AND MATERIALISTIC world, lot of voice has been raised for Physical pollution or techno- generated maladies such as: Energy and natural resource depletion, Environmental hazards, Global warming, formation of hole in Ozone layer, Deforestation, Soil degradation, Nuclear proliferation, Arms and ammunition blind race etc: all these are man made problems leads to threatening the base, which is essential for the survival of life on this plane

We all On an another side of this we are facing intellectual pollution as: a dangerously growing threats of terrorism, criminalization of so called politics- which has been generated by us specially for the hard core social service for the betterment of general public, unethical practices in our daily life, large scale corruptions, Fraudulent in economic transactions, breakdown of relationships, Depression and loneliness, Suicidal attempts, Murders of our own family members just for the sake of some amount of money etc

So IN MY OPINION, we all as the stake holders of this society should assemble on the common platform and have a deeper brain storming session on this gigantic problem and its root causes, and should come out with the solution for deterioration of physical and intellectual environment as a whole.
