Samarpit Sawantantrata by Rousa

A nice book which I read last days, was a collection of some speeches & answer by Osho it was based on the Ashtavakra Mahageeta .Osho beautifully covered ten topics in this book .Many stories increase interest of the reader. Basically Osho focused on ‘’Open mind free thinking & enjoy the things of world so that human can know good & bad and live as he /She want ’’ .Osho described freedom but with the dedication. Dedication & freedom are two different words, freedom means without bound & dedication means with in a bound.

Osho present these words with the beautiful frame, freedom for what?  for work, for duties, freedom to   do the duties or freedom for karma while Dedication for the god or for a power because if there is no dedication to the super  power then in bad situation human will be fall  & in god situations human will understand  himself as the god. Human to human dedication may be temporary it is very hard because of trust and because of human behavior. So Dedication makes a balance between duties & its result or situations.

In this book I find many beautiful concepts like inner vision in the collection of questions Osho focused on the inner voice, inner vision. He more focused to do what you want to do or works which gives you more enjoy.

His Speeches was wonderful & he covered ten topics in this collection like Voice of love, Clean the temple of heart, Perfect freedom, Know & wake, Aloneness etc.

At last in the words of Osho I would like to share few lines of him ‘’Dedication is the main gate of freedom & it will free you from your ego’’

Thank you & hope u’ll  read it.

Cheers!

The Beautifull Mind... Depaak "Rousa"....part 2....

http://www.iecmba.blogspot.in/2012/05/few-beautifull-mindsdeepka-rousa.html (Link of Part 1)

As I was not getting time to complete my interview with Deepak “Rousa”. Now I am presenting second part of the series…

I was enjoying my time with Deepak “Rousa”. It was one of the most beautiful evenings in the store.  Usually happen when two beautiful minds meets.

Question: And then you came in MBA, how diff it was from you BA College and how you adjusted?
Answer: This is an interesting question, when I was in BA; it was like I was more like to remain in my inner self. I had only 2 friends in my class. I used to have morning class in the first year of my college and then within 2 to 3 hour after class. In my college apart from my class I used to love to go Librerary. You know it is unique place between you and books with all the words.
But in MBA it was all together different. I used to be friend with most of class mates. I tried to brake those little shekels to come out of my secure zone. It was very tuff work for me in BA as no one can guess about me and my religion due to my Moustache but in MBA due to that only you all people gave me title of “Bhagat Singh”.

Question: In college you where one of those student who use to keep quite in class. Why those serious looks?
Ans: Well my answer might remind of raju of 3 Idiot. The expectation of my family and my teachers on me made me so. I want to meet all those expectation of my teachers and family. Doing MBA was my own decision and it was really expensive for a family of farmer trusts me. I really never wanted to break trust of those all who have trusted me.

Question: You are a Gujjar, but how it feels when they are stereotyped as a bad people. Whereas there are some good people who not mentioned as often. Why is that so and how you feel about it.
Ans: In every place there is all type of people lives but some time I think perception matters a lot. In my cast a lot of good people are like Dhayama panna, Sardar patel, Rajesh pilot and many IAS, IPS, IFS, farmers, Solders and lots of good social people. Last year Pooja awana a Gujjar girl passes IAS, IIT’ans. Nandita Gujjar of Infoysis is also the gujjar, this cast doing well and I am proud to be a gujjar and we always try to be making it a beautiful caste.
As I could capture the mood of Deepak, I knew he wanted to talk more about his college life.

Question: tell me something about you college life in IEC. How it changed it you and your friends.
Ans: Well some time I wonder how to answer this. But Life in IEC was beautiful and it was a place where I was at peace and relax. There are lots of memories like teachers, assignments, projects, nisheeth bhai, cool ha ha ha boy jayant, Sumit, HG, Raj, Vikas, Amit, Lazy Anil, Vicky, Ajay, Kapoor Sahab, Bagpat k sundeep and Ankur, apne chaudhary sahib and our own Michal Jackson.
Mayank, Body builder goswami, RP, Prashant, Ram Navar or bahut sari baato ke bich me saurabh gupta, saifi means you and lakvadorch or bhai mere pyare dosto ne do saal ko ek zindagi bana diya.
And even some time maharaja Somendra so serious stories make me funny.
It is not easy to forget those days with you all because “Zindagi pyar ki do char ghadi hoti hai, Chaye choti bhi ho ye umar badi hoti he”

Question: How did teachers helped in your life
Ans:"I dedicate this life on the foot of my teachers", Now that was short but best answer by Deepak.
We paused for few minute for coffey. I read some were a lot of good things happen over a coffey. This was pleasing to see one of close friend to open his heart out to us. And let us all know about him.

Question: You are a poet also, how you started that. Who influenced you most as a poet?
Ans: I stated writing poem from class 6 or 7. It was learning for me to play with words because I was never able to express myself to others. So it was all about the poems to me. My father influenced my most. He motivates me and let me tell you he is the only person who has listened all of my poems till date. After a pause Deepak said again.
I know what you want to know next why poem in hindi. “saifi Bhai for me jis bhasha me sochta hu wo hindi he...hindi mere dil k bhasha he or dil me har ak cheez bhut khash hoti hai”, the beautiful mind said to me.

Question: Any advice you want to give to your juniors about poerty.
Ans: Hmmm, Not only for poetry but for all the matters, "heart is the only real book with us from birth to last & we ignore its education, read it & then do or see from the real open eye”

Question:  finaaly any poem on your life, there had to be one And one person who inspires you every time you look at him.
Ans: All poems r my feeling and my pain of heart inspires me when I write...one of my poems is
very close of my heart few lines....

"Me nikal chla jis bhi path per,
mujhe kato ka bhandar mila..

path me dhur mili ghari,

har do pal me andhkar mila..."

P.S.: After speaking to me at this length I knew about him more than I am writing. Till next time, next person ready to open his hearth with me. it is bye from saifi.

Few beautifull Minds....(Deepka "Rousa")...part one..

From a long time I was thinking how the interview session works. Not for the job part because I have also give them but the Tv, radio or say print media interview. I was thinking what I can do about it. I decide to take it on, and get interview of few people who are rare to find but they have been quite influential in my life. “The last few good people”…

In first part I decided to take interview of one of my friend Deepak “Rousa”. He is man of many mood, sometime poet and sometime the reader, writer and even working also on his own job. But there are few things that only he knows about himself. So I decided to take the interview of him first to know about him more and let other also know. Initially he was little bit skeptical about interview but he got over his fear and ready to give me interview. It was such a beautiful to have a work with him over a Coffey and uncover lots of things about him.

Meri awaz meri pechaan hai ....agar yaad rahe...

Me: hello, Deepak bhai. So finally you are ready to give a full fledged interview to me.
Deepak: Saifi bhai, it is always a pleasure to give you interview. I think you will never writer what I will tell you but you will always end up writing what you want to. Don’t get it wrong but that is issue with all the blogger.

Me: I will try to stay true to this one as much as possible.
I took out a pen, paper and start writing few questions before stating. I knew once it is started, it will be difficult to stop and in the flow I will forget lots of things.

Me: So Deepak, let us know something about you early life in school, what type of student you were in the school?
Deepak: I thought you will be asking about my family first. Ok getting back to you question, my schooling was done from my school in the village. It was not so tech. savvy or say modern school but yet the education I received there was very important. Daily I used to go on stage and sing the Morning Prayer song, other child used to dance and some used to make the sounds also to disturb. It was strange but it was interesting. I used to study daily three hours in the home when I was in school. Personally I loved the stage from early age of my life. I am cleaver boy with simplicity in me. When I used to go to school my father used to look after my hair that it is in order or not. Till date I never abused anyone in my life till date with foul language because it is never taught me. The best part was I topped each class from 1 to 12 in school. I was not good in math’s and history but still I managed to top. Might be that was the reason why boys were not my good friends due to my marks but girls used to care for me as a friend. From them I learned how to more caring towards your friend. They are the best source of learning that has been my experience.

Me: It seemed you enjoyed your life in the school, how your family helped in life at that time. They were supportive what you do?
Deepak: Firstly I lived in the joint family so it was not the small family. I was always loved by family and best part I know I am the soul of my family. But saying so they have given everything that they have to me. They never rejected any of my demand from childhood in any condition either good or bad.
Today I would like to confess one thing that without the love of my family I would have been nothing. I hope I could do something for them.

Me: You father is farmer but then also he does not want you be farmer, why is that so. I am asking this because my father also felt the same way. Can you pin point what is wrong with being farmer in India or just this generation is seeing end of farming.
Deepak: It is tough question answer saifi Bhai. Well first thing Come in my mind after your question was “Jai Jawan and Jai Kisan”, these days both the profession are not any more attractive to our generation. People become Jawan by mistake and Kisan by accident but sayint that realize these both jobs are really tough. If I talk in a broader sense look everyone knows there are not good policies of government related to the agriculture. Even if they would have some policy that will also benefit the middle man in these field.

See the point is they are still following the English time rule in the agriculture field. Take a example of Land acquisition, it is still from the English laws and also it benefit hugely the govt. in term of revenue. They don’t want to change it and try to buy the land from farmers forcefully. Why is the question if you think, then there is economics involved. They purchase land from farmers in small price and sell to developers in large profit. Look if you purchase land in 10rs and sell it to 1000rs then there will be some issues. The only truth in this county is by being farmer you can only live on two time food. that’s it.

Saifi do you ever heard any leader son was killed or any leader was killed in any fight? Answer will be no. In India at basic level there is no democracy only a mask of democracy. Autocracy is always in power and authority. I saw these drams on the grassroot level. I think in the end us and only we can find the answer for the problem of farmer. Nor the govt. and nor the leader.

It was turning out to fascinating discussion and interview with Deepak “Rousa”. In next part he will tell about his college life, his struggler, belief, life and other things like poem…

Deepak “Rousa”…Ek kavi, Ek dost

There was a Guy in my class who was so simple that some time I wonder who simple a person can be. He was not special in his looks, he dress up normally and his language was simpler. He was one of those gyus who you will miss out if you don’t interact with him and once you get in touch with him believe me you will not get bored and you will want more for him always. He was “Deepak Rousa” one of my class mate.

I don’t remember when I first met him in the college, also I don’t remember when I first time I noticed in the class. I came into his contact because of Jayant singh one of our close friend. From that point on I am obliged to have such a friend. He has his own qualities which is rare to find. He is poet and a very good one. In today world when everyone is running after the English here you find a guy who loves his language. The first time I heard his poem was in the class was about story of son and his mother. It was a classic story of our Rural India but the only difference is he was showing courage of family in the poem and other we’re seeing the sad part in rural Indian and their inability to do things. The emotions he brings in the poem are rare to find.

His first stage performance was in the farewell of our seniors. And he exceeded our expectation over there. I don’t know who recommended him but his whole part was once of the best and it was beginning of many such performances that we have witnessed in the stage. He was every regular in every event in the college after that.

But those how think his English is not good, you are wrong. He speech in the our debate competition was one the emotional touching description of the rural India and failure of PDS. He will never show how much it means to her everything that he do. You give him any work he will do it with his full dedication. Even he was regular in the class. If you meet him first time you will even never know that he is guzzar, I don’t know it is good or bad thing but you can never judge him with his looks.
He has his friend group where he was more comfortable. He never left them alone in college life. He used to sit the 3 or 4 seat of left hand side. And he made it own because nobody used to sit there. He never bunked class, His assignment was always on time ( And he used to write not copy from somewhere else).

There was a time when I have forgotten about this blog and used to be busy in facebook update only. One day he had a word with me who we can again restart this writing this part. I somehow started writing because of him and it was thing I love most after that.

Few line for Deepak “Rousa”..
“Ek kavi ki talash me na jane hum kaha bhatak gaye,
Who paas khada tha hum door nikal gaye,
Usne ek lambi si awaz di hai kahi se,
Sayad woh ussi ped ke neecha to nahi khada hai,
Jaha hum sham ki chai piya karte the,
Par Woh ped ab kisi aur ka hai aur ab chai b waha nahi h,
Sayad who ab kahi se bula raha hai”

RAW emotions……

Last night I was reading book named “Does love happen twice” and I felt like to write something. Still I have not finished the book but there were some parts which made me write. I know it sound crazy but that what emotions can do to you sometimes. It can make you do some amazing thing while for others it may be crazy.

I know it quite complicated these days every day start from school to college to office. Every where people looking for perfection, school should be best then you should be best in school. It never ends in your life. Take college life you are competing for marks, for job, for better placement and end you don’t know where you are heading to. I know it sometime tough to say all the wrong things about student who study hard, never party and even never chill out friend. He might reach at the top of the word but does it will give him the satisfaction that he wanted in life.
I don’t know but I remember few life, “hum apni chahtao ko pane ke liye kya nahi karte aur agar sab kuch dao pe laga ke kuch mil jaye to dil se awaz aati hai, humne ye to nahi chaha tha”.

The little things you forget while being in race. You forget your friends, family and lots of people who love you and the time you realize time has moved on but are still stuck on that time. Friends have new people in life who are more important than you, family have stopped complaining to you about calls and your where about. You want your old days back where it was all about you but life never gives you second chance. I hope it never happens to me because you can recover from this physically but in deep down in your heart you know where you would be stuck.

Maybe you will lose those beautiful movement of fighting for party, eating someone else meal, bunking the class and lots more thing. But can those movements come again when you have time but others don’t? “Prefer extra hour of joy and enjoyment over extra hour of work”.

This is not a blog or say note. It is something which was on my mind and I put it on paper. I know it is not naturally understandable but afterall these are "RAW EMOTIONS".

Me in my memories

First of all this Saturday was the best day of my life. Till morning I was quite happy with all of my best achievement in my life but what gives me more pleasure was the news about our blog. It was around night when my friend and culprit in writing and updating the blog send me that our blog is taken noted by Google and there are some topic which are searched and our blog s on first page. Now that is what we call Awesome.

Today I want to share one of my past life experience when I was student in class. At that time I was thin and small boy who have lot of insecurities and lots of fear inside his mind. One of my friend who used to be lot fitter and little bit healthy than me, He suggested me to do exercise in morning time. My school was a private school in my village but still it was nice school (Don’t go by name of Village school). I was more so thinking about his suggestion about doing morning exercise and one day I decided that I will go for morning walk and will do little bit exercise with little bit of running, jumping and some stand up and down.

That whole night I could not sleep properly, whole time I was asking my Pita ji
“Pita Ji what is the time?” and he said “So jaa abhi to bahut raat hai”. And yet I could not sleep at that time, all I was thinking about was my morning exercise. I wake up early in the morning around 4 am. As my family member don’t knew about my this plan so I have to do some makeup for it, I made clone of myself by putting cloths of me and walked out of home slowely-2. It was bright sliver night; Half moon was bright and night was towards its end. I could hear the voice on my every step as there was pin drop silence in the street. I was so happy that finally it is my first day of exercise but deep in my heart there was a fear of darkness and the animal that can make run faster than bullet.

Yes I was afraid of “DOG”, but I said to my heart they will not hurt you. They were barking but still I made a good face to think that they might be barking on something else. As I started walking towards the field the dog started following me and barking more and more. They were just behind me; I decide to run otherwise it will be my first and last outing at this time. I ran and all the dogs were behind me, I thought I out run even sprinter that day but still dogs were following me. As the dogs were coming near I decided to jump the Big dig that was there in field to save and I think that was my last option. Either I will cross that and will be safe or I will be in it broke one two bone but still then also I will be safe from dogs.

I jumped the dig and thank to god the dog stopped, finally the stopped and go away. My heart was still beating like a bullet train and I could hear each and every beat of it. This was my first lesson while seeking for health I learnt about life. It is good to have health but life is all that matters. Today I am happy to be thin boy but I learned it is all about living. Even great Darvin said “In this world only fittest survive, no matter you are thin or fat, powerfull or weak. Only the best wins in the end”.
For whom we fear these things come first in life.

NOTHING DIES FASTER THAN A NEW IDEA IN A CLOSED MIND

In the History of mankind, whenever man has opened the shutters of his mind, healthy new ideas have breezed in. And he has vigorously steeped out of his narrow confines to discover continents and oceans, planets and galaxies.

But whenever man has shut out new ideas and gone into hibernation in the safety of old, rigid norms and human civilization has been shrouded by the gloom of dark ages. Now shake yourself out of your slumber. Step out of the den of stagnant thoughts, into the open field of bold new ideas. Soar high on the strength of an exploring mind to reach unknown heights of achievement & success.

Few people to thanks for this blog

As one post of my blog came on the first page of the Google search, I think it time to say proper thanks speech for making this blog readable.

So for this research i opened Google:
typed: Are sips in mutual funds beneficial in short term
And my blog was on first page of Google and i could not believed it. So i did same with Private session with same result and just took the screen shot so i could have the proof with me.

See yourself to believed me.:)

1. Deepak Rousa these days he writes in this blog more than me and more better than me. He made this blog more interesting with his Hindi poems and more so with his emotional note. We all loved your note. So please keep writing more regularly because we love it.I also forgot about this blog until one day I had a chat with him and he encouraged me to write again about our college life. This was why I started our series of college life note.

2. Raj Tripathi I know he don't write these day but he was the catalyst behind and Mastermind behind this blog and how it should work. though lately his is limited to reading only but i know with our his support in starting days i would not have been able to create this blog. We were disappointed when our blog didn't got the response as we would have thought to but still we change it so many times to survive. Now I know why my blog is there and what I am doing with it and all with help of this fellow.

3. Prerna Singh ma'am for believing in our idea and writing first post for our blog. I know as a mentor she have been supporting as but to believe in our this concept was the thing i can't forget. No body knew what we are doing but still she believed us, helped us and more so encouraged us do these type of things. I can only hope one day these type of activity will take over the books in IEC.

few other without whom this blog would have died years ago...

Nisheeth Khare for just being there and reading blog and making some valuable comments ,
Kshama Goel for her critical thoughts and ideas though me and raj never followed them but still idea is all we care for,
Jayant Singh for just being subject of my many articles about his life and his style ( u r truly rockstar material) but he loves me for being that after all i received party after writing each article on him.
and
Most impotantly to my sweet sister Nazia Shahid, who has been real inspiration to me. I don't know why she believe on me that I can do anything, We fight, we hate each other likes but still when we need each other she is there for me. thanks sis..:D

Hope our blog can make more journey like this. But you realize with each part that there are no dreams that are too big and each and small things make and path or success.
Meanwhile till next time this is saifi saying good bye to all of you.

The EQUATION of My College days And Its PARAMETERS..( DEDICATED TO PRERNA MA'AM)

Today I really want to thank someone whom I will always respect, remember and I do not have enough word to explain about my thought.

Not many of you will be able to guess the name. So, let me tell you I want to say special thanks from my side and from whole class and MBA department side to our one and only MENTOR PRERNA MA’AM….

In first year I didn’t had any direct interaction with ma’am. I just had known her as a one of the many faculties in my department. Our first interaction happened in second semester when she taught us subject named POM, as we famously called it. At that point we just started to interact with ma’am as a student.

POM was one of the most boring subject in MBA 2nd semester but still due to ma’am teaching way we were always attentive in class but not so in the subject. One thing I want to mention that there are teachers who always ask the question from few set of student but PRERNA ma’am used to still ask questions to the entire student in the class even if she knows that they will not answer it.

SCM and entrepreneurship subject provided me time to always get late in class in 2nd year. Ma’am also provided us the NOTES of the topics. But I don’t want to revel the attendance part just because its TOP SECRET.

Till this period she was only one of many faculties but you can always see why ma’am is different from others. In third semester she became mentor of our class. To be frank till that point I was not sure of mentor role and its need. But in the first interaction class only ma’am made sure she conveys her message to us about being mentor role and what she expects from us in future.

I never believed in the thought that you need good teachers in the MBA in my opinion far from teacher you need more of a motivator and mentor in the MBA who can guide you rather than putting more focus on teaching. I have seen both type of mentor in my MBA life. In first year I never had a single interaction with my mentor at that time but in the second year I had a mentor whom we used to interact daily and tell our though and problems daily related to college, life and profession.   I never believed in the thought that you need good teachers in the MBA in my opinion far from teacher you need more of a motivator and mentor in the MBA who can guide you rather than putting more focus on teaching. She always encouraged us to do thing which we thought we will never be able to do. Either it be to participate in debate, quiz contest and helping us matter of studies. As a mentor she has always helped us. Ma’am took personal interest in our MBA BLOG concept and believed in it. She was first to give me her post on the blog which is still on my blog. Though it was not successful for which i wanted but it was good experience. I am still continuing blog with diff. name with help of my friend Deepak. Maybe one day more people will turn out to write and express. I cannot say about other but for me she proved to be the best mentor I had ever after school days. Ma’am pushed me to take part in national summer training competition when even I was not sure about it. I gone to the competition  and won the prize. I still fell it was the better achievement in college life. Now i realize it is not about pushing you to perform better but as a mentor she knows that we can do it even if we doubt ourselves.

I tell you it’s hard to say the entire good thing about GURUS but still I believe a good mentor can be a best thing a student can get. PRERNA MA’AM may not be the teacher in eyes of many students but I will always say she is the one of the finest teacher and mentor in MBA department. In our time at IEC we lost few good faculties but at least ma’am remained.

I can only say these lines in end of my note……..
A GRAND SALUTE TO THE “DRONACHARYA”, WHO’S DREAM NEVER TASTED THE REALITY OF TURNING US INTO “ARJUNA”, BUT STILL THEY HAVE “FAITH” IN US

Note: I written this note some what a year back but i not on my blog. It was time to make this a Grand entry in my blog.
