Today I am starting a new series of blogs about my startup experience and its effect on my life. It has been a long a really eventful journey for me in last 2 years I have worked in the startup. I got a chance to work in startup by luck or say by chance but after that it has been all hard work which I have put in the startup.

Working in startup is not always easy, it may sound cool but not easy that is for sure. I have learned a lot of thing in last year but there have been time when it becomes really difficult to learn when you are not sure about the future. For a startup employee there has been very information available to decide how to choose a startup to work and same is applicable for the employer. It all depend upon your common sense how you choose your startup and it totally depend upon your luck and your startup luck whether they will survive or not.

From my personal experience I can only say one thing, love the work you do and you will succeed in it.

Remember the time in your life after 10^th, when you are confused about science, commerce and arts. You family want you to become doctor and your friends are going in commerce. Dhoni: The worst captain of Indian cricket team

I know lots of people out there will not agree with this, and I respect that because everyone has its own opinion. I have my own opinion about Dhoni that he is not the best but worst captain of Indian cricket team. He is not a leader and yet some of our media and Dhoni brand manager created the Dhoni brand.

Let me first start why I don’t consider him as the best captain. For me Ganguly was the best captain of Indian team for the long time and still I rate him the best one. He created a team but Dhoni has not been able to do so. His team has players like Yuvraj, Sehwag, Zaheer and raina. They all part of Ganguly team or dravid team. No major player has broken into team in his team. Reason I am not sure, If you say ashwin then you can see the connection of Chennai super king. How can he say that there are no young player, there are if you give him chance apart from Rohit and Jadeja.

Second people always say to me because of him team won two world cup, I don’t agree to that point. Agree or not but dhoni has nothing to do with world cup win. Both of the world cups were won by Yuvraj singh and zaheer khan. But yet no one takes there name, even Dhoni avoids to take the name of them. He was never the best captain, but he was captain of a very good team like ponting was captain of best Australia team. He has backed by BCCI chief because he is captain of his Chennai team as well and you can see it clearly.

He will give some or other excuse for the defeat, Sometime bowler didn’t do their job and some time batsman failure is the reason of loss. But what about captain you, you play wrong player in team and leave the player who perform out. You always hope never plan anything, he gives ball to raina in hope of wicker because if it comes out it is magical Dhoni, if not bad bowling not bad captainship.

The thing people said due to him Indian team has become no 1 in test, correct you figure, in captain of Kumble India was near to best cricket team. Almost won in Australia and was performing to best things and player was playing at their best. But in Dhoni captainship India has not lost in overseas but also in India as well. If any other captain would have been in his place his head would have be chopped and he would have been thrown out of team. 

The problem is he has a captain of Chennai super king, and there only star player. If he loses his captainship brand Dhoni will take a major beat down. It will affect Chennai Super King as well, there market value be down. They have no SRK or Some fancy overseas name to sell. That’s called politics in Indian cricket team. 

Well for me Indian cricket is in the hand of wrong people, who have started to believe that people have shot memory in this country and if you win little no body going to remember the losses.

P.S.: If any one deserve to be captain in Indian team then it is not kohli, it is either Yuvraj or Gambhir.

Rohit Sharma: The unexplained selection of player

I am baffled; I am angry and more so frustrated with the selection of Rohit Sharma in team. He is selected again and again in the team while doing badly. Why do we select him in the team? Are there no good batsmen in the domestic circuit?

Let’s look at the selection of yesterday match, he was selected again in the place of Ajika rakane who I rate much better player than him because in the given limited chances he has performed. All in the last few years I have heard about Rohit is that he is most talented batsman in the India and is one the best. But talent alone is nothing to be selected in India. He has never performed for India except again Bangladesh or West Indies and then again best he fails. He fails when team needs him and for me what is need of him?

Let’s look at what he does in them. He bats at no 6 after Raina, for me he does nothing. Our team has Gambhir, Sehwag, Kohli, Yuvraj, Raina and count dhoni and Ashwin in, We have ample of batsman in the team. Teams need all rounder, maybe a replacement ready of Sehwag but not one more underperforming middle order batsman. Rohit comes either too late in the match to affect it or come too early to change it. I remember few year earlier this was same position of Yuvraj and Kaif, see how opposite both career has gone. One is match winner and another one is out of scene of Indian international cricket.

Rohit is either selected because he is favorites of Captain Dhoni or because Indian has no other choice. I think India has enough talent like of Rahane, Jadeja and take all rounder of Irfan Pathan or say Yusuf pathan. All of the names I have taken are much more capable than rohit, they can ball either. They can ball wither only thing rohit can say are in par with them or batter was in the fielding. But you can’t choose him for that I think.

I am not a big fan of Indian cricket but what baffle me is selection procedure and the in explain method of it. You keep out rahane after he played beautifully in the T20, but you can see he was dropped for the place of Rohit. He is becoming the mystery of India.

In the end I can only ask how much more chance he needs to prove himself in the Indian cricket team. And Mr. Dhoni if you have given this much chance of Rohit please gives same number chance of next player. 

P.S.: Look out for Bhuvnaswar Kumar, He can be all rounder. Seen him play for UP many time. He bats sometime at no 3 for them and also is one of the fine opening swing bowlers.
