My blog name and why I started blogging ( Day 2 )

First let me answer why I started blogging.

As a kid I have always have been fascinated towards reading and writing except course books, either it be in urdu or hindi or in English. It attracted me towards itself to write. I was never a great expresser through word, so I have to real learner to it to express in writing.

Few years back when I was in college, I and my friend Raj thought of this idea of starting this blog and writing because we both love writing. For me it was simple, I love the writing part and I wanted some where to express myself. Where people don’t judge on how well or bad you have written. That’s how I started blogging. I still remember my first blog was about the “TV going regional way”. Slowly and gradually I picked up the blogging art and also the stamina to write so much on blog. From college life to professional life all the things have changed but my blogging part is still with me.

There is very interesting story behind my blogging part. After few months I almost quit the blogging, I didn’t write for whole one year. One day one of my close friends Deepak came to me in the college and said, “Why you stopped writing”. I don’t know how to respond to him. He went ahead and said, ok can you write about you college exp. That was the most important talk I had with him, after that I started to take blog thing on my own and to not be dependent on anyone.

For almost one year I have been writing regularly on the blog. Other people also write on this blog but now I am dependent on them, I love their support. Without their help and support I would not have been here.

Name part:

There is whole lot of story involved about the name of blog. Lately lots of people have asked me about the name of the blog. Why your blog name is iecmba.blogspot.in? What it stand for?

Well IEC stand for my college name and MBA is the course which we studied there. So we picked up this name randomly, as a famous sayar said “Naam me kya rakha hai”. Till college time the name remain the same but then for some time we thought about it. We changed the name of it to love and life. I, Deepak and Jayant started to share our thought about the experience in life, college and other things on blog.

This blog name is defining period of my life. Somehow this blog realize me, if you want to do something in life you will do it, or else you will end up making excuses about it.

10 interesting facts about I, Me and Myself...

Apart from my Interview of job or college admission, I have never given the introduction to anyone. In those two places it is easy to give you introduction because you know what they want to know about you and how much. But when I talk about saying something about myself in the blog or say about to someone whom I have met first time, it is different. I don’t know what they want to know, what in me will interest them and what will not. So it works both way good and bad also.

If I have say something about myself in short, I will say “A simple guy, whom you would not notice on the road but after knowing him, you will never forget him. That is me”

Writing down 10 Interesting face about me is again a painful difficult work do. I don’t what will be interesting thing that I should write. For this part I really need the freedom of expression at my best level.

  1. I love football. There are people out there who are movie buff, cricket buff but I can proudly say I am football buff and more so Chelsea fc buff. I don’t know why I fell in love with them but now I follow there every day and every min. movement. Maybe because of blue color I love them.
  2. There was time when I used to have single phone, but now I have 3 or 4 phone with me. But still I use Nokia basic phone to talk. My love from Nokia never dies because of their battery backup.
  3. In a day of 24 Hours, for last one year I am spending almost 14 hours in from of my laptop in 6 days.
  4. I am forced worker. Don’t get me wrong by this sentence that I don’t want to work; I want to work but not on Saturday. On that day I am totally forced to work.
  5. I am still fond of my college and hostel life. I miss it every day, the hostel time, college life, juniors, seniors and the people who changed my life.
  6. My Room, wardrobe and things are always in a mess. I shout at people when they clean up the place and put my all the things in the order and I don’t find it. Why they have to do it any way when I can find all my things in this mess also.
  7. I love reading books. Either it be in Hindi, Urdu or English except some sort of shiv kheda books or books on course material.
  8. I love listen to Ghazal. Anytime someone start talking about Ghazal, I always want to be part of discussion.
  9. Some time while discussing I become too much aggressive. Like I remember when Semester exam used to end and we used to discuss the paper. If any of my friend used to say I did that, my answer used to be, “Tum Chutiyee ho” (You are Idiot).
  10. I still love to watch tom and jerry and recently I picked up the cartoon called JONNY D. Cartoons I love to watch.

I am too sure these 10 points are only a teaser to what to come in next one month.

My recent picture is also attached in this blog so that all of you can see me.

P.S.: I hate to write about myself.

That's Life .and at times .it can suck

When there was stage,
I didn’t had the confidence to go up,
When I got enough confidence.
The stage was gone

When I was sure of losing everything in life,
 I won!
When I needed some people the most,
They left me in the middle of lane,

When I learnt to hide my tears,
I found a shoulder to cry on,
 When I was busy
 I got friends,

When I mastered the skill of hating
Somebody started loving me..
 When I started loving
Somebody mastered in "hating" me

After waiting for dawn
I fell asleep..
And the sun came out!!
That's Life .and at times .it can suck!

P.S. : After reading this poem something inside sounded broken. I don't know how good poem is this but I know some words are written not from mind but from heart.

Verghese Kurien: Milkman of india

A man with B.E in Machanices, Graduate from Tata steal also graduate in Physics along with the PG in Mata logical engineering from Misigion University in 1946 when a big part of Indian generation was uneducated. Verghese Kurien left his government job for a group of farmers in Gujarat and worked whole life for them without any fee.

It may be unbelievable for new generations but it is true if he want he might join any company and any country but the best thing was he had joined a very simple group of India that was farmer.
He was the first person who made powder by buffalo’s milk and made a milk processing plant by the hard work of eleven months. He was the first man of Independent India who gave the first Brand product to country “Amul.”

Before Freedom peoples also have animals but it was not so wide after the efforts and innovation or the white revolution by Verghese, government’s schemes, Awareness between farmers, increased the animals and milk production in country. Today we have 1st position to produce milk and its product in India; we produce 17 % milk of world in India.

If there is farming then there is animals and milk. Example for Delhi, NCR (UP, Haryana) is producing milk every day for Delhi, Their life start from 4’o clock in morning.

Verghese give respect and pride to Indian farmers. Before few days it was nice to see Sachin Pilot - Minister in centre government as a Leftinent in Indian Army. Many times peoples discussed “how many soldiers are fight or stand on boarders who are the son of leaders ? ” I think Sachin is the answer of this question. His father Late Ex home minister Shri Rajesh Pilot was starting his life as a milk man.

Today few strong challenges are coming for farmers which are direct or indirect related to milk production and farmers, As the high prices of animals food products, Regular acquisitions of agriculture land, Left farming and animals by next generation of farmers, Cold paper based government policy, Bans on animals in metro cities also increased the price of milk and its products.

At last a pray to the father of white revolution god give u peace, Verghese is always live among us in our heart and in the golden page of Indian History.

Thank You

Deepak Rousa

Corporate lingo.. The real meaning behind it.

This short and sweet corporate journey of mine have taught me certain very interesting and, as I am fond of calling it, ‘mind-twisting’ terminology. Nothing against anything but I really found it funny and thought nothing better than sharing it with you guys and share the ‘funny-ness’. Here’s a little clarification of corporate lingo.
It might not be orignal but I found it as the best thing to do at this time..

COMPETITIVE SALARY:
We remain competitive by paying less than our competitors.
JOIN OUR FAST-PACED COMPANY: We have no time to train you.
CASUAL WORK ATMOSPHERE: We don’t pay enough to expect that you’ll dress up-well, a couple of the real daring guys wear earrings.
MUST BE DEADLINE ORIENTED: You’ll be six months behind schedule on your first day.
SOME OVERTIME REQUIRED: Some time each night and some time each weekend.
DUTIES WILL VARY: Anyone in the office can boss you around.
MUST HAVE AN EYE FOR DETAIL: We have no quality control.
CAREER-MINDED: Female Applicants must be childless (and remain that way).
APPLY IN PERSON: If you’re old, fat or ugly you’ll be told the position has been filled.
NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE: We’ve filled the job, our call for resumes is just a legal formality.
SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF EXPERIENCE: You’ll need it to replace three people who just left.
PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS A MUST: You’re walking into a company in perpetual chaos.
REQUIRES TEAM LEADERSHIP SKILLS: You’ll have the responsibilities of a manager, without the pay or respect.
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Management communicates, you, figure out what they want and do.
I’M EXTREMELY ADEPT AT ALL MANNER OF OFFICE ORGANIZATION: I’ve used Microsoft Office.
I’M HONEST, HARD-WORKING AND DEPENDABLE: I pilfer office supplies.
MY PERTINENT WORK EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: I hope you don’t ask me about all the McJobs I’ve had.
I TAKE PRIDE IN MY WORK: I blame others for my mistakes.
I’M EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL: I carry a Day-Timer.
I AM ADAPTABLE: I’ve changed jobs a lot.
I AM ON THE GO: I’m never at my desk.

hmph…such is life and such is ‘corporate life’…not to forget the endless & aimless meetings. Anyways…see you some other time….

(PS: The content of this post is not original and the writer of this blog does not wish to take credit of it. The writer is extrmemly humble and will attribute it to the original creator of this content. Just raise your hands wherever you are and I shall reach out. OK too much hubleness for one single day has happened. Bye!)

Only jUsT fRiEnDs......

Biggest problem in love,Gud guys gets wrong girl..N Gud girls gets wrong guy. They fall in love and good ones get cheated .Now the good guys think all the girls are fraud; And the good girls think all the guys are flirt. And when good guy meets good girl they avoid falling in love and becomes just...
 GOOD FRIENDS :-):-)J

So you stop falling in love because you have made a single wrong decision in life. And they never want to go ahead one step further as they are afraid of being again cheated and manipulated in life. But you are easy in being good friends; they are no emotional drama, no search of where about, no need to reach on time to meet in short “no tension in life”. Even if they have a feeling for each other they will not express it because of thought that it even this might end.

Someone said,
“Naya pane ki chahat me purana chuttt jata hai,
Jo tujhse milne aata ho to zaman rooth jata hai”…

Being friends is easiest and the hardest thing in life. You never knew about how other or you feel about the other till that thing is gone from you.

Happy Teachers day

Who plays most important part in your life to make you successful? Family, friends, luck or someone special, There are the most common answer you will find from anybody in his success story. But we all miss the most important person in this process i.e. “Teachers”. From school to college, from class to sports field they teach you so many things but they are last person whom we give the credit to our success.

I am also part of one of them who till now has given little credit to his teachers. But today when I look back to my life, I find my first teacher in school Mrs. Bhalerao Ma’am was the most important teacher in my life. She was one of the best teachers who made me a good person, ignored my all the mistakes and most best part he used to say to my sister was, “Please isko Nani ke pass se bula lo, Unki laad pyar me bigad jayege”. At that time I was a young kid who could not understand those things but now I often think about it and have a laugh at it. J

May be after we end our college life we don’t realize the importance of teachers but without them we could not have reached at the high of our life. They inspire, help and also motivate us to all the good things in life but yet they remain patient to hear our thought which is not so good some time. I don’t know about others but for me they are the most important person in life apart from parent and friends who shape your life.

I don’t remember the name of teachers who taught me, but I do remember what they taught me. From science to English and from hindi to SST. I remember all of them.

P.S. : With teachers day today it is also my mother birthday, so it is double special day for me. J
